From Portland travel North on 295 until
Exit 15 (Yarmouth/Cumberland)
Right on Route One
Go through 2 traffic lights
First left after the 2nd light
There is a sign on the left marking the driveway
Building is on your left as you come in the driveway
From the North:
Travel South on 295 to Exit 17 (Yarmouth)
Exit on to Route One South
Go through 2 traffic lights
Go over the Main Street overpass and look for first driveway on right
(Before the third light which marks the entrance to Rite Aid)
There is a sign at the MTS driveway
Building is on your left as you come in the driveway
